He was predeceased by: his parents, Brown Chambers Jr. and Inez Daniel Chambers (Nell); his son Kevin Chambers; and his siblings, Emma Chambers Dickey, Cheryl Chambers Allen, Norman Chambers and Doc Chambers.
He is survived by: his former wife Paulette Chambers; his children, Katrice Lee (Richard) of Columbus, O. H., Paul Chambers (Jackie) of Sidney, O. H., Carlos Chambers (Gwen) of Lima, O. H., Jewelettia McCoy of Troy, O. H., Michael Chambers of Troy, O. H., Keiona Dysart (Justin) of Lima, O. H., Amanda Callahan (Davarus) and Richard Craig (RJ) of Lima, O. H.; his siblings, Cullen Chambers of Los Angeles, C. A., David Chambers (Sharon) of Jacksonville, F. L., Gregory Chambers of Cathedral City, C. A., Mary Monford (Bobby), Carol Florence, Jamesy Renfro (Derrick) of Jacksonville, F. L. and Jollon Duncan (Anthony) of Schertz; and also Sharon Chambers of Lima, O. H.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. And tons of nieces and nephews.
