He is survived by: his parents, David Baty and Marna Baty (Dawson); his siblings, Julie Baty and Matthew Baty (Melissa); his nephews, Joshua Mull (Emily), Matthew Baty, Jr. and Patrick Baty; his niece Myranda Baty; and his aunt Martha Dawson.
