She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Carmen and Beryl Isenheart (Maiden); her spouse Belford Wesley Shook; and her son Lynn Shook. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Brock and David Shook. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, or Boy Scouts of America.
