He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Felver and Reva Felver (Chaney); his former wife Carolyn Dunlap; and his siblings, Richard "Butch" Felver, Bobby Jo Sanders and Mary Margaret Gibson.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Rosell (Diana) of St. Marys, OH, Lisa Vanchure (Tony) of Troy, OH, Melanie Felver of Lima, OH, Misty Felver of Lima, OH and Basil Felver (Amber) of Coldwater, OH; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Allie), Brandon, Megan (Nick), Ashley, Christopher (Sierra), Courtney (Blaine), Ashlee, Sylvia, Cindy, Hunter, Braxton, Brayden and McKenna; and his sisters, Peggy Fowler (Richard) of St. Marys, OH, Pamela Chilcoat of St. Marys, OH and Sherrie Grubb (Bill) of Huber Heights, OH.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
