He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Phipps (Herb) and Penny Brinkman (Tom); his grandchildren, Bill Phipps, Brooke Wilson (Tyler), Brandon Phipps, Lake Brinkman, Bradley Phipps and Brady Phipps; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Xzavier, Ambree, Asher, Anyssa, Octavia, Jackson, Maxwell and Rayleigh; and his siblings, Joanne Triplett, Steve Miracle, Wanda Phipps, Patty Phipps (Johnny) and Linda Wireman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
