She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale Newland and Martha Newland of Lima, Ohio.; her husband Earl O. Conley; her children, Christopher A. Conley (Susan) of Ashland and Patricia Conley Spradlin (Rod) of Wheelersburg; and her grandchildren, Andrew (Drew), Spradlin (Gabi) of Raleigh, NC, Eric Conley (Claire) and Natalie Conley Gray (Spencer).

Social distancing and masks at the funeral home will be appreciated.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Betty's name to SOMC Hospice, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662.
