She is survived by: her children, Valerie A. Monroe of Atlanta, GA., Marquis Rafael Monroe of Lima and Marquavious Antwaon Monroe of Lima; her grandsons, Ronnie Monroe of Newport News, VA and Timothy Monroe of Lima; her siblings, Elhue Monroe of Lima, Anita Monroe of Lima and Lucille Monroe of Lima; and her close friend Jayne McCullough of Toledo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
