He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Haithcock of Columbus, OH. and Zoe T. Haithcock of Columbus, OH.; his brother Lance Haithcock (Lillie) of Lima, OH.; his aunt Lucille Moore; and his uncle Robert Haithcock.
