She is survived by: her grandchildren, Terry Lewallen of Lima, Robert Walton, Jodie Miears, Jamie Richie, Levi Haney, Roy Hill and Bones L. V; her siblings, Larry Alvey of Sandy Valley, NV and Mary Ruth Lockas; her stepdaughter Debra Lewallen of Las Vegas, NV; and her niece Denise Lockas.
