She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Ruth Rebecca Twining (Lehman); her spouse Dale Edward Newland Sr.; her son Dale Edward Newland Jr.; her granddaughter Rachel Renee Pursell; and her son-in-law Franklin Thomas Starkey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce K. Miller (Tom) of Lima and Rebecca S. "Becky" Starkey of Lima; her daughter-in-law Patricia Newland; and her grandchildren, Michael Newland (Jess), Sherry Wilmoth (Dave), TJ Dotson, Christopher Dotson (Debbie), Timothy Dotson (Tiera), Thomas D. Miller (Melissa), Tammy Jo Williams, Tammy Troike (Jay), Pamela Williams and Helen Meenach. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
