She was predeceased by: her sons, Eddie J. Shelby, Eugene Shelby and Michael J. Shelby. She is survived by: her son Larry J. Shelby (Bernadine) of Lima; her daughters-in-law, Andrea Shelby and Glenda Shelby; her grandson Jermaine Shelby; her siblings, Rev. Eddie Kelley, Jimmie Kelley, Rev. William Kelley (Elder Bruce Kelley), Lynn Finner, Ocea Gray and Phoebe Williams; and her half-siblings, Ben Kelley, Lorine Noel and Minnie Randolph. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
