She is survived by: her parents, Robert "Roger" L. and Annette M. Tippie (Poling); her children, Ta'Niya M. Allen of Lima, OH, Monte I. Allen III of Lima, OH and Aa'lea Allen of Lima, OH; her siblings, Robert Tippie of Cridersville, OH, Jessie Roark (Roger) of Lima, OH and Michelle Hale (Michael) of Lima, OH; and the father of her children Monte Allen Jr. of Lima, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to be used for her children's education.
