She is survived by: her husband Ronald McAdams; her children, Leasa Horst (Carl) and Brent McAdams (Vicki); her grandchildren, Ryan Horst (Hanna), Evan Horst, Logan Horst, Alex McAdams (Stacy), Reggie McAdams (Stephanie), Torie Gerdeman (Joseph) and Isaac McAdams; and her great grandchildren, Rylan McAdams, Merah McAdams, Baylor McAdams, Greyson McAdams and Paisley Gerdeman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elida Saint Paul's United Methodist Church or Interim Hospice.
