She is survived by: her parents, Leonard Gay of Lima and Becky Jo Milligan (Chris) of Lima; her sons, Christian Gay of Lima and Eli Holten of Lima; her siblings, John Gay of Lima, Charlie Gay of Lima, Elizabeth Gay of Lima and Kristy Pocs (David) of Ada; her grandmother Caroline Milligan of Lima; her father-in-law Frank Holten (Pearl) of Lima; and her brother-in-law Frank Holten Jr. of Grove City. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
