She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Rollins and Lillian Rollins (Williams); her son Thomas "Tommy" McColloch; and her siblings, Jack Rollins, Jr. (Connie), George Rollins, Roger Rollins and Ilene Fay.
She is survived by: her children, Michael "Mike" McColloch of Lima, OH, Lillian Phillips of Lima, OH and Roger Woods (Christina); her grandchildren, Alex, Thomas, Elizabeth, Dominic, Ethan, Kat, Kaiden Ashton and Logan; her siblings, Don Rollins of Lima, OH, Terri Rollins of New Knoxville, OH and Randy Rollins (Lori) of Lima, OH; and her brother-in-law Jim Fay of St. James City, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mothers Against Drunk Driving "MADD".
