He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Moore and Lucille Kincaid (Pearson); his child Shannon Moore; and his grandchildren, Brooke Stevenson and Taylor Siefker (Derek).
He is survived by: his spouse Dana Bruening; his son Allen Moore; and his great grandchildren, Jaylah Stevenson and Emery Siefker. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
