He was predeceased by: his father William Courtney; his mother-in-law Sherlyn Lugibihl; and his mother Ramona Jean Courtney (Dodge). He is survived by: his wife Dawne Courtney (Lugibihl); his children, Julie Ellcessor (David) and Tim Courtney; his grandchildren, Madison Ellcessor, Ryan Ellcessor, Brevin Luna, Nate Luna, Nick Luna and Abby Courtney; his siblings, Brad Courtney, Perry Courtney (Lisa), Wes Courtney and Robbin Poland; his father-in-law David Lugibihl; and his close friend Erin Cox.
