He is survived by: his children, Alissa Cook (Kevin) and Anthony Muir-Malloy; his grandchildren, Izaiah, Xander, Bella, Bailey, Ellie, Emma and Emelia; his siblings, Tammy Wennerstrom (Paul), Jimmy (Trish) and Ron (Jenn); his nieces and nephews, Scott (Susie), Brandon (Michae), Brooke (Rob), AJ, Nicole and Ronny; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tryston, Sydney and Sophie.
