With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Lynn Hoffman (Liberty Township, Ohio), who passed away on December 24, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard Hoffman; her children, William (Meghan) and Heather Hoffman; her grandchildren, Ward, Liam and Bridget Hoffman; her parent Jean Brock; and her sisters, Vicki Birce (Jim), Maria Meyer (Jerry) and Gina Kiep (Terry). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
