He was predeceased by: his wife Charleen Ray Webster. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Norman L. Applegate (Melinda) and Sherry Taylor Applegate of Charles, O. C; his grandchildren, Erica Taylor, Nikki Newton (Mike), Jayme Wirthwine (Bryan), Brittany Johnston (Eddie) of Samantha Young, C. J, Katelyn Applegate, Skylar Applegate, Austin Applegate and Karley Applegate; his brothers, Billy Webster (Phyllis) and Kenneth Webster (Shirley); and his nephew Larry Webster (Melissa). He is also survived by other nephews, nieces, family and friends.
