He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Howell and Kathryn Howell. He is survived by: his wife Karen Howell; his children, Stephanie Melford (John) and Luke Howell (Chastity); his grandchildren, Brooke Melford, Logan Melford, Isabella Howell and Mikayla "Pookie" Howell; and his brothers, Norman Williams and Robert Howell (Carol).
