She is survived by: her former spouse Glen D. Boettjer Jr.; her children, Anje Boettjer of Ft. Wayne, Bridgette Boettjer of Ohio and Corey Boettjer of Ohio; her siblings, Nancy Siders of Peru, Teresa Hammond of Marion, Jerry Hammond (Brenda) of Peru and Richard Hammond (Susan) of Peru; and her grandchildren, Greta Boettjer and Abigale Boettjer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
