He was predeceased by: his father Leslie McLaughlin; his son-in-law Todd Oltman; and his siblings, Frances Louise Ramirez, Gordon McLaughlin, Wendell McLaughlin and Brenda Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Edith McLaughlin (Nickell); his children, David McLaughlin, Tracy Oltman and Zoe Garnache; his grandchildren, Ashley Griffith (Ross), Kyle Oltman (Amanda), Taylor Williams and Carson Garnache; his great grandchildren, William Oltman and Remington Williams; and his sister Mary Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
