He was predeceased by: his parents, Camillo C. Gaia and Rose Santore Gaia; his daughter Renee Gaia; his brothers, Richard, John and Patrick Gaia; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Gaia of Youngstown and Genevieve Gaia.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Price; his children, Lawrence Gregory Gaia of Struthers, Nicole Scott (Michael) of Powell, OH and Matthew Gaia (Kristen) of New Kensington, PA; his grandchildren, Payton, Sydney Scott, Anthony and Julianna Gaia; his brother Camillo Gaia Jr. of Austintown; and his sister-in-law Sheila Snyder (Terry) of Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
