Korsnak; his children, Sean Korsnak, Sara Korsnak (Jason Sand) and Samantha Korsnak; his grandchildren, Brandi, Kaydence and Avery; his parents, Margie Korsnak and John Korsnak; his sister Paula Broski (late John); his parents-in-law, Charles Carter (late Connie) and Juanita Lucas (late Luke); and his brothers-in-law, Charles "Chuck" and Randy Carter.
The family requests no flowers, but instead suggests that memorial contributions be directed to the American Diabetes Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or an animal rescue shelter of donor's choosing.
