He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley Ward and Anna Lois Stapleton (Combs); and his son Craig. He is survived by: his wife Janice A. (Madlener); his children, Greg Stapleton (Tina), Shelly Wagers (Eddie) and Jaclyn Zaczek (Edward); his siblings, Anita Longnecker, Marilyn Marsh and Gary Stapleton; his grandchildren, Justin Larkin, Austin Larkin, Colton Wagers, Kayla Wagers, Tyler Stapleton (Brooke), Jacob Stapleton (Madison), Kyle Stapleton, Amelia Zaczek and Leo Zaczek; and his great grandchildren, Riley Larkin, Rhett and Maisie Stapleton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home-Franklin Chapel (1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, OH 45005). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
