He is survived by: his wife Jackie Couch; his children, Stephanie Couch (Brandon Ruhstaller), Emily Couch and Alex Couch; his stepson Jacob Proctor (Audrey); his mother Maggie Jane Couch; his siblings, Sue Rowe (William), Elaine Carter (Paul) and David Couch (Karen); his grandson Easton Ruhstaller; his father-in-law Jacob Boothe; and also Darla.
