She is survived by: her husband Jack Ciszewski; her children, Sophia Ciszewski and Kody Ciszewski; her mother Kathy Plummer; her brother Charles Lee; her parents-in-law, Stan Ciszewski and Sabina Ciszewski; and also, Quinn Plummer and Dylan Plummer.
