He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Colburn and Carolyn Colburn (Kunz); his wife Colleen Futvoye-Colburn; his son Samuel (Sam); his siblings, Steve, David (Crystal), Gary (Cindy) and Sheri; his granddaughter Peyton Marie; his nieces and nephews, Steven, Cameron, Brett, Derek, Evan, Bobby, Jordan, Roy, Elliot, Austin, Michael, Ryan, Allison, Clara and Ann Charlotte; his sisters-in-law, Pam, Peggy, Debbie and Mary; and his pets, Rufus, Zelda and Zevon.
