She is survived by: her husband Deacon James Smith; her children, Phillip Smith (Deborah) of Strongsville, Dr. Lawrence Smith (Paula) of Knoxville, James Smith of Youngstown, Vicky Trescott (Martin) of North Canton and Margaret Smith of Liberty Township; her siblings, Judy Willoughby (Bernie) of Austintown and Mike Pyne (Carolyn) of Liberty Township; her grandchildren, Ryan (Sarah), Stephanie (Caleb), Kimberly (Robson), Amanda, Alden, Cody (Justine), Garrison (Stephanie), Taylor, Logan, Blake Haylie and Makenzie; her great grandchildren, Braylee and Lucy; her siblings-in-law, Don Cunningham, Nancy Vaughan, Carol Nelson, Jack Higgins and Terri Smith; and also Patty Sikora (Joe).
