She was predeceased by: her parents, James Baird and Teresa Baird; and her siblings, Bobby Baird and Clayta Perkins. She is survived by: her spouse Edward K. Jones; her children, David W. Jones (Pamela), Tony Jones (Donna), Teresa Anderson (Dave) and Kristi Jones; her grandchildren, Wesley (Katie), Rachel, Kelsey, Derek (Jordan), Tyler, Melinda, Carolyn, Anthony and Braden; and her siblings, Jimmy Baird (Suzanne) and Sue Woodson (Earl).

In lieu of flowers, Karen requests donations be made to Joni and Friends Ohio for Family Retreat scholarships.
