He is survived by: his nephew Michael Hornyak; his wife Debby Hornyak (Kamer); his stepdaughters, Autumn Johnson (Jason McBride) and Analycia BuCher (Bill); his grandchildren, Clinton, Jaclyn, Dylan and Landon; and his sisters, Kathy Bindas (Rich), Rosemary Glod and Mary Ann Opincarne (John).
