Phillips, Jr. (Jessica) of Hubbard, James Phillips (Anna) of Hermitage and William Custer (Beth) of Masury, Ohio; and his sister Christine Tsangaris of Campbell, Ohio.. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren; his 1 great-granddaughter.
