She is survived by: her children, Dakota "Cody" Rinehart (Shellby), Colin Profitt, Madisyn Rose and McKenzie Rose; her sisters, Heidi Jo Collinsworth (Nick) and Kasey Fox (Zac); her nieces and nephews, Dustin Collinsworth (Caleigh), Baleigh Jo Collinsworth, Graci Collinsworth and Kamryn Fox; her great-nephew Nikholas Collinsworth; and her close friend Amy Gandi (Fat Boy).
