He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou (Hawkins) and Dallas E. Kelly. He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Thacker, Connie Huff (Glen) and Sam Jones; his aunt Wanda; his uncle Tony Jones; and his nieces and nephews, MariBeth Hylton, Emily Welch, Bailey Little, Ellis Hylton (Julie) and Dylan Jones.
