He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Henry Holt. He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Ann Holt and Edward Martin Holt; his sisters, Stacey Amanda Holt, Sarah Elizabeth Holt and Melissa Ann Holt; his brother-in-law Travis Runnels; his nephew Landen Michael Cobb; his grandparents, Elizabeth Ann Holt, Eddie Albert Varney and Joyce Lou Varney; and his cousins, Trey Holt and Carolyn Holt. He is also survived by seven uncles, three aunts.
