He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Shawk and Viola Shawk (Coe); his son Dale Shawk; and his sister Lucille Abraham (Edward). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Shawk; his daughter Linda Stentz (Jon); his daughter-in-law Victoria Shawk; his grandson Duane Shawk (Courtney); his great grandchild Easton; his grandchildren, Dwight Shawk and Sarah Stentz (Jeff Irelan); his great grandchild Autumn; his granddaughter Melissa Alegria (Carlos); his great grandchild Enzo; his granddaughter Laura Stentz (Evan Moriarty); and his great grandchildren, Weston and Griffin. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
