He is survived by: his significant other Alice Breedlove Applegate; his children, Kim Applegate, Rhonda Robinson (J. R.), William Applegate (Angie), Donnie Brinegar, Sherry Hernandez (Ito), Donald Kerker and Nyioka Phalen (Tim); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Miranda, Brad (Brittany), Billy (Cammy), Danielle (Marlena), Alex, Bree (Chris), Gabbey and Ella; his great grandchildren, Laila, Maleigha, Elijah, Emery, Paisley, Landon, Sloane and Clayton; his brothers, William Applegate (Kathy) and Raymond Applegate; his caregiver Ylonda; and his precious baby girl Pebbles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews including his special niece.
