He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Carpenter and Wavelyn Carpenter (Gregory). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Carpenter (Kearney); his children, Alyssa R. Schroeder (Steven) of Baldwin, GA and Adam D. Carpenter (Christina) of Columbus, OH; his brother Edwin E. Carpenter of Transfer, PA.; and his grandchildren, Lauren E. Schroeder, Mallory R. Schroeder, Nathan D. Carpenter and Cameron J. Carpenter.
