She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvah Hylton and Thelma Hylton; and her nephew John Travis Krallman. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her daughter Kelli Krallman; her grandson James Howard of West Chester, Ohio; her son Keith Krallman (Sarah Bailey) of Portland, Oregon; her siblings, Dianne (John Krallman) of Blacksburg, Virginia and Daniel Hylton (Elaine) of Dothan, Alabama; her brothers-in-law, Glen Krallman (Sherry) of Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania and Dean Krallman of Herminie, Pennsylvania.; and her nieces and nephews, Samantha Johnson, Arielle, Gabrielle, Preston, Shana Krallman, Sara Goldman, Kevin Krallman (Anna Kramer), Paul Hylton, Jade, Lilly, Kayla, David Hylton and Andrew Hylton (Kaitlyn).

In lieu of flowers, Denise's family has asked for donations to a memorial fund at Lord of Life Lutheran Church.
