He is survived by: his wife Heather Barlog; his children, Bryn and Brooke Barlog; his parents, David Sr. Barlog (Renee) and Phyllis Kruchten; and his brothers, Dennis Barlog (Jamie) and Daniel Barlog (Georgia). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
