He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dorn and Alberta Dorn (Steggeman); and his son Matthew Dorn. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Dorn (Heidtman); his children, Wesley Dorn (Tiffany Casteel), James Dorn and Kristina Moya (Andrew Mancilla); his grandchildren, Anthony, Madelyn, Naomi, Adam, Peyton, Chloe, Nadine, Ellie, Grace, Emma and Abigail; and his siblings, Paul Dorn (Deb), Mary Stegeman, Peggy Lawson (Jerry), Mark Dorn (Christine), Barb Brown (Ray), Tom Dorn (Julie), Beth Shetter, Judy Cain (Butch) and Carolyn Dorn. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
