She was predeceased by: her father James Bolte; and her brother Stephen Bolte. She is survived by: her mother Janice R. Bolte; her children, Tyler Daniel (Brielle), Taylor Balfour (Garrett), Kyle Daniel (Quinny), Zachary Daniel (Elizabeth), Alexys Duran (Zach), Max Daniel and Sam Daniel; her grandsons, Anthony, Stephen, Theodore and Lincoln; and also Gigi.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Foundation for Neuropathy.
