He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Martin and Carol Martin (Neff); his son Charles David "Dave" Martin; and his grandsons, Aaron Miller and Ryan Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Stoffl (Jerry) of Aurora and John Martin (Patty) of Bucyrus; his grandchildren, Amie Caldwell (Brian), Eric Martin Wade, Jared Althouse, Tyler Althouse (Brittany), Jerry Stoffl (April), Christopher Stoffl, Britten Martin (Tessa), Shelby Martin and Bethany Rall (Kyle); and his siblings, James Martin (Beverly) and Carol Ann Sponseller (DeMont). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
