He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mellott and Nancy Mellott. He is survived by: his significant other Nicole Emrich; his siblings, Rick, Daniel, Randy Mellott (Georgia), Cindy Pack (Jerry), Bonnie Duggan (late Bill), Beth Dove (Scott) and Heather Brown (Ken); his nieces and nephews, Amy, Kelley, Melanie, Valerie, Ryan, Jennifer C., Jennifer, Leslie, Jessica, Monica, Colbey, Josh, Heidi and Jenny; and his close friends, Madelyn and Everly.
