She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Phillips and Julia Phillips (Adkins); her husband Millard Quesinberry; her daughter Catherine Lou Quesinberry; and her siblings, Loretta Workman, Ivan Edwin "Buck" Phillips and Kathleen VanArsdale.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianna Fulton (Darrell) and Pamela James (Steve); her grandchildren, Charles Fulton (Pam), Amanda Bowman (Anthony), Jerod James and Joseph James (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Leighton and Judah James; and her siblings, Lavena Farrell (Ron), Billy Phillips (Catherine), Joseph Phillips (Shirley) and Danny Phillips (Joan). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association.
