With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony A. Cook (Liberty Township, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 21, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sabina Cook; his children, Anthony Cook (Danielle), Damien Cook (Jen) and Chris Cook (Kelly); his grandchildren, Olivia, Cameran, Trey, Matthew, Lyla, Brady and Gianna; his parents, Albert Cook and Alice Cook; and his sister Judy Cook.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tony may be directed to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the Mercy Health Blood Cancer Center at Jewish Hospital.
