He was predeceased by: his grandfather Norbert Noss; and also Debbie Whiting. He is survived by: his siblings, Matthew and Amy Noss Connelly; his parents, Matthew Connelly and Amy Connelly of Liberty Township; his brothers, Ryan of Columbus and Jacob Connelly of Columbus; his grandmother Ruth Ann Connelly of Girard; his uncle Brian Noss of California; his aunt Gretchen Schinkel (David) of Pennsylvania; and his cousins, Liz, Robby Schinkel of Pennsylvania, Shane Frost of Idaho, Becky Dunn of Utah, Michael Frost of Utah and Chelsea Martin of Utah. He is also survived by many extended family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Adam's family suggests memorial contributions be made to his family for future scholarships in memory of Adam.
