He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cartledge and Hazel Cartledge (Baker); his sons, Daniel Cartledge (Yue-Yue) and Christopher Cartledge (Cindy); and his siblings, Don, Sherry and Peggy.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his grandchildren, Kathryn Becksvoort (David), Thomas Cartledge and Daniel Cartledge (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Jack Becksvoort, Clara Becksvoort, Louise Becksvoort, Cecelia Ann Becksvoort and Jason Cartledge.
