We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2023, at the age of 82, Ruth Louise Skiver of Liberty Center, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kingsley and Dorothy Kingsley (Lamb). She is survived by: her husband Larry Skiver; her children, Todd, Kelly, Trisha and Larry II; and her siblings, Warren, Robert, Irene and Carol. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
